We ship to Spain, Portugal, the European Union and most of the world. All prices include taxes.

When does your order ship?

Mainland Spain time (CET). Orders placed later, at the weekend or on a public holiday ship the next working day.

Andorra

We do not deliver to home addresses in Andorra. You can order with delivery to a pick-up point in La Seu d'Urgell (Mainland Spain rate).

Taxes and customs

Canary Islands: your order may be subject to IGIC tax and customs charges. We cannot know the amount in advance. These are paid directly to the customs authorities or to the delivery company.

Shipments outside the EU: import duties and taxes of the destination country may apply. TwoFive does not charge or invoice them; they are paid directly to the customs or tax authorities. You can check them with the authorities in your country.

Delivery address

We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

TWOFIVE 2019, S.L. is not responsible if delivery cannot be made due to:

• False, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• The recipient not being present.
• Causes beyond the control of the delivery company.

Even so, TWOFIVE 2019, S.L. will take the measures expected of a diligent merchant so that delivery is made within the agreed time or, if that is not possible, as soon as possible.
